Guest vocalist with Vladiswar Nadishana in Berlin and Prague (Sept/Oct /08)

Kiva was invited by Vladiswar Nadishana (multi-instrumentalist from Siberia) to perform improvised vocals with him on two occasions in September and October /08. These concerts took place in Berlin and Prague. He is an accomplished player of over one hundred instruments of various ethnic origins, also inventing and building his own. Vladiswar is in high demand all over Europe as a soloist, combo performer and session player. On the occasion of the concert in Prague, he also invited the overtone choir, Spektrum, of which Kiva is a member, to perform. The instrument he played with Kiva is called the fujiwara, an overtone flute with origins in Slovakia.
