Kiva songs featured on Inuit doll-making documentary, /08

Two of Kiva's songs, 'Sanctuary' and 'Sedna' were featured on a documentary from Rankin Inlet, Canada. The title of the film was 'Kivalliq Inuit Doll Festival and Story Telling Traditions'. (The first part of the name a coincidence!?) This film is a very informative look at these traditions which are little known outside of northern Canada. The song 'Sedna' features Kiva's stylistic approach to Inuit throat singing, which was subsequently endorsed by Tagaq! (well-known Inuit throat singer).
